well I think this requires to be stated do not ever ride a bicycle while consuming apple pie after consuming apple pie they oppose want to return up for some reason that’s not just the apple pie it wishes to come back up it’s the its food in general never ever ride a bike on a full stomach we’re never treked on a complete stomach I found out that lesson to the food just wishes to return up and often it does in some cases it does there’s a suggestion for you never hike on a full stomach or never ride a bicycle on a full stomach either I in some cases that food will come right back up once again or a minimum of it dries it dries always let it digest first back on the old by biking path once again individuals on the path last night it was the other day was so hot I practically died however there was nobody on the bike trail I think they all receive us to realize that death was in the air last night by last night I suggest yesterday evening everyone five 6 o’clock it resembled death was hanging over this bike trail spirit of death was an asst area it was just like I wasn’t just heat it resembled extreme heat however it simply drains you I was drinking water all the way stopping here and there they fill up a water bottle and I have a filter that I drink out of so I feel there’s any water source any water source can be filtered through that filter I was his drinking all the way house I couldn’t get her couldn’t get rehydrated I could not stop drinking it was simply unusual it resembled death that’s what it seemed like death I didn’t even see many individuals out yesterday evening coming home so that informs you something it was like a spirit of death just sticking around over this area over the whole Israel he’s so hot it was but it wasn’t just the heat it was something else it’s draining pipes the energy and life heard out of individuals so all the energy was just gone for me all the energy life how was just going on fumes alone done walkings like that where I simply hike on fumes alone I’m just attempting to reach a destiny and don’t care if i even get there in one piece as long as i get there can’t be on my deathbed of crawl on the front door however as long as i get there
