I will bake a cinnamon cake or better a cinnamon layer cake which takes similar to some cinnamon rolls.

Receipe and ingredients of my „Cinnamon cake“
2 cups all-purpose flour (300g)
2 tablespoons white sugar (50g)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, softened (45g)
3/4 cup milk (177g) – I would take a bit less
1 egg
Filling:
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
15g melted butter
Put it in the oven:
200°C for 20 minutes
