Receipe and ingredients of my „Cinnamon Rolls“
250g curd
60g milk
35g oil (sunflower)
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
80g sugar
1 package vanilla flavored sugar(1 table spoon)
500g flour (wheat flour / spelt flour – i love to use both each 250g)
2 package baking soda (2 table spoons)
Filling:
100g white sugar
2 tea spoons ground cinnamon
60g melted butter
Put it in the oven:
180°C for 25 minutes
Top it with icing sugar if you like…

will show Eva but I’m not sure if I can
keep them and put them back to life
but what I know is it’s the perfect
weather to where my opening boots again
at least inside

remember this kind of cinnamon layer
cake I did during one of my last videos
but these rolls are still one of my
favorites so delicious even in winter
time it’s perfect to do something with
cinnamon if you like you can also put
some topping on it like some icing sugar
so it just looks beautiful and it’s even
sweeter but I like both sides so maybe
today it will be without the topping so
