video to a fellow youtuber named Liv
some of you may know her recently I saw
that she was dealing with a lot of
problems from a lot of people so I
thought I’d do something nice here I
actually reached out to her if you don’t
know what I’m talking about
she’s been dealing with some problems
with her comment section act like a
decent human in the comments don’t be an
asshole don’t especially towards women
don’t treat them like they’re less than
human because they’re doing whatever
they want to do and making videos I mean
don’t you know just don’t be a scumbag I
mean you know I’m fortunate here that
you know I’m a guy
because people are gonna leave you know
sexually charged comments towards me
I’ve dealt with some idiots talking
about their rape fantasies and whatnot
that I have to keep in line but you know
for the most part you guys are good
unfortunately we’re not a very comment
heavy channel I don’t have to you know I
respond to all of you guys’s comments
and I don’t have to deal with very much
but she does you know being a woman she
has to deal with a lot more than I do
and just don’t say anything in a comment
section to somebody that you wouldn’t
say they’re someone’s face I mean it’s
just ridiculous now I don’t blame her at
all she disabled her comments I mean I I
mean you can still you know talk to her
community tab and whatnot and send her
an email like I did you know when I saw
this well let me let me go back and tell
you how I know this person about a year
and a half ago one of our fans left a
comment on a video saying you should
hire this girl live to come on your show
never heard of her before they probably
sent me her deviantART page I went and
checked it out she had a small little
deviantART as a fringe platform we use
it I mean it’s there’s very few
have a large following on deviantart she
had a small following on there there was
a youtube Lake I went to her channel it
was like a baby Channel I mean there was
a couple hundred subscribers and this
was a year and a half ago I mean so I
saw that I reached out to her I you know
offered her the opportunity of what nob
found out we live very far away from
each other so it wasn’t gonna work but
um I saw her YouTube channel I looked at
and I read her About section and it said
she had had other channels deleted and I
looked at it and what she was talking
about I’m dating myself this is probably
gonna get terminated here pretty fast so
that was a year and a half ago and that
was it I did not subscribe to the
channel I didn’t watch her on deviantART
nothing that was the end of it
okay well fast forward to about two
months ago and suddenly I landed on her
channel again I don’t know where I found
it from I probably a recommended video
because her channel is exploding I went
to the channel and it said she had like
20 like almost 30,000 subscribers or
something and I’m going is this the same
person like I remember there but I’m
like how would the actually have this
many subscribers all of a sudden how is
she still on YouTube I was assuming
she’s gonna get kicked off I look
through you know I see that she has
suddenly changed what she was doing a
little and had this massive following
growing and so I couldn’t believe what I
was seeing so I subscribe to the channel
and since then I’ve been going back
every few days seeing what’s going on
and here we are like probably not even a
full two months later and she has almost
90,000 subscribers this monstrous growth
in a couple of months and that’s how I
saw her video about the comments section
and as you guys know I’m big into
YouTube growth and strategies and
channel auditing if you will you saw
what you know my interaction with vid IQ
and we’re gonna be getting that full
channel audit from Rob he told me he and
I were talking through the comment
sections that he’s gonna he’s gonna give
that a go probably this week if I’m
available
but anyway so when I saw her problem
with the comments I reached out to her
and you know gave her my kind thoughts
saying hey I know you go through this
shit it sucks it’s unfortunate you know
other people are dealing with it too so
just know that you’re not alone and she
appreciated that and I also sent her a
piece of advice since I’m big into the
channel auditing and whatnot I told her
that she needed to tweak her About
section and get rid of the part about
saying she had other channels deleted
because that’s a Terms of Service
violation she said she’d even realize
she had that still in there clean that
up and I also told her about our links
if you noticed her channel recently I
got our channel in the description below
if you know who this is and you’ve been
to her channel you’ve seen in the last
couple of days that her channel art now
is different all of her links are up on
that channel banner including her
patreon account as the first one
I gave her a little advice as far as
marketing her other platforms and you
know making her page look more
professional with everything but in this
video I’m gonna give her some more
advice because the timing could not come
at a better time well maybe if I did
this a week or so ago it might have been
a little better for but she sent me an
email today letting me know something
else I was unaware of said about a week
ago one of her videos was taken down and
she lost an appeal on it and like seven
of our videos got age-restricted in the
last week so I needed to get this video
out to her now because this is this is
crunch time for her she because of this
explosive massive growth I’ve never seen
and she has a partner she is serving ads
she is making ad money I know one of her
videos she uploaded it less than a month
ago and it’s heading towards two million
views in less than a month of being
uploaded she has another video that
has over a million views this is crazy
growth I use my to Buddy app which you
should get live to Buddy comfrey
extension and I looked at the metadata
and her tags were all appropriate tags
and everything so it wasn’t a gaming the
system thing just big growth this is
monstrous channel growth I’ve never seen
anything like this and frankly I’m very
jealous but I want to help her I want to
see her have success with this even
though I’ll be totally honest with you
it’s not my thing you guys know me I’m a
white sock guy not pantyhose I don’t
care about Fanny hoes I don’t care about
BDSM or any kind of fetish stuff or even
bondage in general and you probably
think that wait a second he doesn’t like
bondage what does that mean there’s a
big difference between dids and what she
does and we all know this that this is
this is not my thing and I don’t
actually watch her videos regularly like
I said I found her channeling in a
couple months ago because the growth
just blew my mind and I’ve been watching
it since and I like to help people and
see them have success and I’m just very
OCD about YouTube stuff so I want to
help her with this I gave her the
professional-looking advice but now I’m
gonna give her some more advice she is
now at a monstrous crossroads where her
channel is exploding and there are now a
lot of eyes on her a lot of eyes on her
from YouTube especially she’s in the
partner program and partners are heavily
scrutinized now more so than ever this
year it’s been ridiculous you know all
the channels that were terminated back
in the spring whether it was game over
girls who actually made stuff and who I
don’t believe violate any policies or
the random scene uploader channels all
the channels have been kicked out of the
partner program for duplication or
re-uploading just posting stuff they
don’t really own they’re really cracking
down and they’re now cracking down on
her hard and it’s gonna get worse so Liv
you are now at a crossroads you’re gonna
have to make the choice am I going to
audit my youtube channel essentially am
I going to rebrand my youtube channel
and
focus on one clear objective with it or
am I still gonna try and use it to
promote my non age-appropriate content
am I still gonna have age restricted
videos am I still gonna push the
envelope on the videos it is not worth
it for you to continue doing that your
YouTube platform as the most powerful
tool you’re ever going to have and the
success that you have had with it in
these last couple months is incredible
and everyone like me is jealous and wish
that I could have that kind of explosion
but it’s not too late for you I’m glad
I’m reaching you now if I’m in your
shoes here’s exactly what I’m doing I’m
telling you this YouTube created a
YouTube creator I am gonna go through
that channel I’m gonna audit it I am
gonna you need to delete every
age-restricted video you have they’re
not making you any money ads are
disabled they are probably not bringing
in a lot of traffic to you see which
videos use your analytics and see which
videos are bringing in the traffic which
ones are converting subscribers I’m
gonna bet that the age-restricted videos
are not doing much for you if I’m you
I’m deleting all of them I asked you a
question in an email in a while ago if
you still had that video that was
removed and you lost the appeal on if
you still actually had it uploaded on
your account because if you did if you
do if it’s still on there and you did
not violate any policies you need to go
down to the bottom of the page you need
to contact partner support you’re in the
partner program you have the ability to
reach a human being you need to tell
them with that link and say listen this
video does not violate any policies
assuming that it doesn’t violate any
policies I haven’t seen the video but
say listen you need to escalate this to
the internal team I lost an appeal on
this video this video is not in
violation of anything we lost two of our
channel trailers back in the summer and
almost had our account terminated as
well as all these other people did from
some glitches we lost appeals on them I
sent the API post partner support for
weeks and weeks they finally took me
seriously and fine
got the videos reinstated luckily I did
not delete them and now one of them’s
even serving ads now they went from
being not suitable from YouTube to
serving ads and I know some that were
manually reviewed for ads and approved –
then getting removed or age restrict and
I to get them reinstated
there’s a lot of bugs on this system you
got to be patient if you’re not
violating any policies and that’s the
thing you’re either violating policies
or you’re not if you’re not violating
policies you need to stand up for what
you’re making and make sure you don’t
quit talk to the partner support it’s
worth it you need to preserve what you
have here so if we wouldn’t have fought
for that we could have been glitched
right out weakened our business could
have been shut down from glitches if I
wouldn’t have figured out how to do all
that and Ray gutes with gaming where
girls did not and I think that’s why he
lost everything and I tried telling him
after the fact I don’t know exactly if
he couldn’t reach him or what because
his account was already terminated I
don’t know but you just gotta fight for
what you’re making it and make sure you
are abiding by all the policies that’s
number one like I said I would clean up
anything that is not advertiser friendly
because even though here’s the thing
even if the videos are okay to stay on
with age restrictions if they make the
decision that all you’re doing is
uploading age restricted videos if
that’s the whole point of your channel
is to push the envelope they will
terminate you or they will at least put
you out of the partner program kick you
out of there and then you won’t be able
to make you said you’re making nearly
500 bucks a month and add money I mean
that’s a decent amount of money and you
don’t want to lose that and that’s
what’s gonna happen if you keep making
age restricted videos they’re either
gonna kick you out of the program or
make the decision to just terminate your
account and it’s a big loss I mean just
I know you do other stuff that is not
YouTube’s appropriate but put that off
somewhere else take what you have on
YouTube and abide by the rules and do
everything advertised are appropriate on
this platform it’s going to be worth it
in the long run so clean the channel up
get rid of the age-restricted stuff from
now on when you produce your videos make
sure you’re not doing anything that’s
pushing the envelope
I said you could you could put those
videos on another platform and use your
patriotic now to distribute those that’s
great that’s a great idea just don’t do
it on here because you’re shooting
yourself in the foot that’s number one
once you’ve got all that done and you
now have a channel that’s more
advertiser friendly you should look into
famebit I don’t know if you know of this
website famebit.com it is a YouTube
bought it a couple of years ago it is
the database for our brands and
companies looking for sponsorships
looking to get their products out there
you’re reaching a big following now
you’re pushing a hundred thousand
subscribers you can easily find all
kinds of girly products on there that
you can promote to your audience you can
say hey listen I’m selling this makeup
product or even even they may even have
pantyhose on there I don’t know I mean I
haven’t looked all through those
sections we’re a member on there but I
can’t really find too much to you know
be specific with what we do but you’re
gonna have a lot better luck with that
because you’re a girl selling girly
stuff there’s all kind then people make
thousands of dollars a month doing this
but you’re gonna have to clean your
image up on YouTube first probably
before those brands are gonna take you
seriously but this is what I would be
doing if I was in your position clean
the channel up checkout famebit that’s
you know and you’re gonna you’re gonna
make more ad money when you clean the
channel up and you know get more get it
more advertiser friendly that’s what I
would be doing there you know you have
the ability to offer channel memberships
now you could possibly use channel
memberships to enable people to still be
able to comment I don’t know they charge
five dollars a month you should look
into those you know it’s a this is
there’s so much for you to be able to do
with this and I’d hate to see you lose
what you’ve built over just some little
petty things like that I mean it’s not
worth it it’s not what you know and
obviously you get it you’re not letting
people push you around so they can you
can you know make them custom wank
videos I mean you you get how it’s going
so you know just
I don’t know I want to see you have a
lot of success with this I think it’s
there’s just a lot of opportunity for
you to do it so I mean that that’s what
I would be doing like I said you know
you’re you’re promoting your patriotic
sclusively
video platforms you host those with and
just use YouTube for advertisers stuff
you know this stuff that you can and
just abide by the rules I mean it’s I
mean it’s not that’s not hard I mean
really I mean we haven’t had any
problems with anything really I mean
it’s you know I mean you’re I don’t know
yeah but you have a lot of a lot of
stuff going for you that people like
mere wish I wish I had the kind of
explosion you’ve been having so yeah I
mean you’re you know use the community
tab often I saw you got some polls going
that are getting I mean they’re getting
some decent engagement I mean you’re
still newer to using it just like we are
I mean come up with some fun questions
I’ve seen those questions I’ve been
asking or more you know real opinionated
questions and people are having fun
interacting with them you know that’s
you know use your other platform links
that you’ve had success with Instagram
you’ve been promoting that I mean if it
works for you use that but yeah just I
want to see you lose what you’re
building on YouTube but I’m telling you
that if you don’t make a change with it
here pretty soon they’re gonna get you
they made that pretty clear this past
week or so with what happened you know
that’s that’s a first sign that they’re
coming for you so use it as a warning
clean up what you have I mean take it
seriously it’s a this is a powerful
powerful tool you have at your disposal
I don’t I don’t know if you totally
realize that I know you weren’t
expecting to have this kind of growth
and for this to happen but a hundred
thousand subscribers I mean that’s
that’s legit you’re gonna get that
you’re probably gonna be able to get the
check mark here in a week what we’re
shooting for you know just take this
very seriously because there is no other
platform you’re ever going to be able to
have to gain new fans to
new paying customers – just to make
money from ads you can end up making
Jesus you can end up making thousands of
dollars a month legitimately an ad
revenue and residual a derivative from
not putting that much time into your
videos whether it’s ad revenue and
endorsement deals you can make thousands
of dollars a month and then be able to
relax and make the content you’re really
passionate about that isn’t YouTube
appropriate on the side and not have to
worry about making a lot of money from
it because you’re living well from
everything else I mean there’s there’s
no way to possibly make more money from
stuff that is adult content then there
your your potential now for advertiser
relevant stuff I mean you’ve moved into
that stage into that place where you can
really start capitalizing on all of this
and I don’t know you you’re on a ticking
clock
before you lose that ability because
they’re gonna come after you if you
don’t you don’t put the brakes on this
now so I hope I can I hope I have helped
